At Maviefacile, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible by email or phone.

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but we offer a 30-day return policy.

Please note that if you choose to return your order, it must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Any shipping fees associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
